Nicole Mosiman

Nicole Mosiman joins Christianson & Company with over 15 years of business and sales experience.

She worked in medical device and engineering software sales before joining her husband in growing The Hair District Salons to six Twin Cities locations. She has been involved in every aspect of the businesses operations including: site selection, real estate negotiations, design, general contracting, financing, accounting, marketing, and IT support. As the company’s realtor she negotiated all the terms and conditions of the leases and has worked with the Small Business Administration (SBA) to help secure commercial build financing. Nicole worked as the general contractor coordinating with architects, city inspectors, and contractors to complete all aspects of the build out with all projects coming in under budget.

She is looking forward to helping business owners find the ideal space for their business needs.
